Glass Shape Edge irregular grinding polishing Machine is suitable for processing the edge of round shape, oval shape & other irregular shape of glass sheet with various size and thickness. It adopts the different wheels to processing different shape like semicircular, flat edg e and OG edge etc.
The 1321 type glass profile edge grinding machine is suitable for processing the profiled perimeter and bevel of flat glass. It uses vacuum to absorb the glass on the suction cup, and is equipped with a motor to drive the five-star turntable to rotate or a separate satellite turntable on the turntable to rotate, so that the machine can process the profiled flat glass with a rotation diameter of 700-2100MM or 100-700MM. The rotation speed of the five-star turntable can be adjusted arbitrarily during operation. This machine can also semi-automatically grind simple shaped glass using a cylinder. When grinding the perimeter, the grinding wheel can be replaced for rough, fine grinding and polishing. When grinding the bevel, a bowl-shaped grinding wheel can be installed, the grinding head can be tilted backward, and the bevel angle can be adjusted to process and cut the end face.
